Senior leaders celebrate 100^th anniversary of Women’s Day (March 8^th) with female employees of group headquarter On the afternoon of March 6, Group Headquarter General Party Branch and Labor Union arranged 30 female employees to hold tea party at the second meeting room of general headquarter office building. Senior leaders, Xu Pengqiang, Zhu Jiuzhou, Teng Zhongbin and Li Kunming were invited to attend to celebrate International Working Women’s Day (March 8^th ). Women employees freely talk about job, development, history, friendship and beautiful future of enterprise. The most they talk about is the feeling for the fast development of Group Corporation, the pride as a changda person and the happiness as a Changda female employee in the tea party. The party is full of smiles and happiness. After the party, leaders take photo with female employees. President Xu Pengqiang sent congratulations to female employees and gave three suggestions: the first is to hope female employees to be good at learn, communicate and to be capable businesswoman; the second is to hope female employees to play the role of “half the sky” and actively participate in the construction and development of the group; the third is to stress that female employees have equal status, equal rights and equal obligation in the group. March 8th is the 100^th International Working Women’s Day this year, in order to do a well job of celebrations, Labor Union of group corporation gave notice and required all the female employee committee to develop meaningful activities to celebrate their festival.
