Weifang Changda Construction Group held the First in Fifth Workers Congress and

   Up to seventh Jiu, spring comes to Weifang. After suddenly getting warmer, the weather has turned cold again. In such a spring, Changda Construction Group people start new march in 2012.

   In the morning of February 18, the first in fifth workers congress and 2011 annual summary commendation congress held in Weifang Hotel. All the senior leaders,  99 regular staff representatives for the first in fifth workers congress, three nonvoting delegates, leaders from grass-roots units and branch companies and all kinds of advanced collectives and advanced individuals by the recognition of summary commendation congress in 2011, a total of 206 people attended the meeting. Deputy director of the Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau,  Mr. Zhangwen was invited to attend the meeting and gave a speech.

    According to the scheduled agenda, during the first in fifth workers congress, general manager Zhu Jiuzhou gave work report, financial director Zhang Xuezhi gave the report about 2011 annual financial statements and 2012 annual financial budget of our group company. On the 2011 annual summary commendation congress, vice secretary of party committee Teng Zhongbin read a commendation decision and delivered the awards for 68 advanced collective, 103 advanced individuals. At last deputy director of municipal  construction bureau Zhang Wen and chairman of the board of directors of our group company Xu Pengqiang made important speech respectively. Chairman Xu Pengqiang said finally that the most fundamental measures to achieve better vision of enterprise development is depending on the staff, the most fundamental purpose is to all the staff. We will depend on the strength and wisdom of all staff to build a happy Changda Construction Group. Best wishes to Changda and all employees!

    The congress was presided over by Mr. Li Kunming, chairman of the labor union of our company. At 11:58 in the morning, the general assembly successfully completed all the agenda and closed in the sound of the solemn "National Anthem".
